Vland (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. It now has 15 subsidiaries and branches, with branches in Shanghai, Fujian and other places. At the same time, it operates two state-owned and central enterprise joint venture mixed-ownership reform companies, namely, Expo Network and Zhongzuan Network, which have two major business divisions: Digital Marketing and industrial informatization and digitalization. In 2024, under the guidance of the government and with the approval of the Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the company initiated the establishment of the Data Analysis and Governance Research Institute, which is the only non-profit private research institution in the field of data governance in Putuo District, Shanghai.
